The machine was delivered to me and setup for me by the HPC laser guy, The chap that installed the machine did not give me a disk because he only brought his own install disk. it's a real pain not being able to use the laser now. I will email HPC direct and see if they can help

I am trying to connect my 6540H to a new laptop with windows10 (The old machine has died :cry: ) but I can not get it to find the drivers despite copying eveything onto the new hardrive.

Is there a link I get to obtain the drivers for windows 10 please?

It seems in this case that something internal was stuck, a bit of squeezing of the flexible tube each side of the sensor seems to have free it up now, Re BYPASS, totally understand why it should not be posted, I have some experience of high voltage PSU’s gained from working In TV repair industry and...

Thanks Spooky and ncamacho2000 for the replies, I believe I have traced the fault to the FLOW SENSOR, so now need to identify replacement etc. I am wondering if an alternative design of float sensor is available?? it seems as though this part may be a weakness in these devices. Rotary device and 6840

Can anybody help me with setting up the Rotary device to experiment with etching glasses etc ?
My collegue collected one yesterday from HPC at the NEC but she did not get any instructions etc.

Hi, My Company is considering the purchase of the LS6840, I notice that the spec says smallest character is 1mm x 1 mm does this then mean the thinnest slot that this machine will produce is 1mm wide? We would really like to be able to cut some slots of 0.5mm and 2 or 3 mm long. Thanks in advance to...
