Re: New user with LS3060 needs some input

Hi Dave Thanks for the response. I hadn’t thought about cut and stick , that would work well if I can get the material thin enough and find a glue that will be strong enough. I will try the annealing process and fiddling with the scan gap, I take it I can’t change the pulse per inch rate? Fortunatel...

Some schools offer autocad in there tech classes and so may offer after hours training courses too, we have had some students in the office on work placement and they ha...

Re: New user with LS3060 needs some input

Dave I notice you have used the words Grade engrave rather than just engrave, So for normal badge type engraving like I am doing would you use grade engrave as a preference? is grade engrave better for paint filling?

thanks for your help so far.

text in Autocad

Ok More issues I need to get my head around. Most of the jobs I am doing involve allot of text, and most designs I recieve are in autoCAD. Now when I open the DXF file in laser cut or Coral Draw the text postions sometimes move and the spacing between the text increases. so when the text is nicely f...

I need a bit of help, I will read the manuals shortly but thought I would ask here before spending hours trying to find out what the issue is. I have moved my machine to a new building, first job ran perfectly on the machine, along the full length and width of travel. Last night I tried to run three...
