urgent help needed with ls3020. The laser head moves when i control it using newlydraw and when i click on "engrave" button it responds but nothing engraves on the material. I have tried wood, acrylic, plastic and even glass. I recently moved houses and had to move the machine. Could this ...

Does anyone know of a compatibility issue with Ls3020 when run on a computer with Windows Vista installed? I have computer with Vista installed and the ls3020 driver doesn't seem to work properly.
