HI all I am looking for some information, I have just got an RJ1612 twin head laser machine running Laserscript 5.3. one tube is 120w and 1 60w. sorted !!
I have rechecked all the setting, the first piece I cut tonight I set the power and the speed and i guess tabbed onto the overlap which was set to 72, which i had not noticed. I reset that back to .1.

laser cutting twice
Hi All
just noticed tonight the laser is cutting twice round each item, i have looked at the forum and it was surgested that it was the import, so i produced a square in lasercut 5.3 only which cut twice. Dont think i have changed anything. What would cause this.

hi all quick question is there any way to tell laser plywood from normal plywood visually. I have just got a new batch of ply and some of it will not cut at normal setting 70% but will cut if I run at 100% power and now wondering if the wood yard has mixed the plywood as i cant see anything wrong wi...

HI All busy playing with the machine and getting some good results, I am finding that i get some burn marks on the back of the wood when the laser goes over the bed bars. is there way i can reduce the marks or can i take the bed out and rest the wood over the edges and let it drop onto draw. thanks ...
