Re: Face masks for NHS
Afternoon brydonuk I spoke to Chris Jacobs (owner of HPC Laser) a few years back at the Sign & Digital Show. He said you could laser cut clear PETG sheet / panel up to 3mm thick. I use Perspex Distribution & I know they stock 0.75mm (thinnest) clear PETG that might be suitable for the visors...

Re: Acrylic Suppliers UK
Afternoon
I use Perspex Distribution Chelmsford Essex & Amari Plastics Basildon Essex. They both take card payments. Funny enough I purchased 2mm clear PETG yesterday from Perspex & paid over the phone by debit card.

Re: Mystery Material
Hi James
Best ask Daven for advice (I do). I would probably stick to cast acrylic as you know you should not have any problems. The extruded acrylic is ideal for routering as I do then I flame polish for a nice finish.
Regards
Stuart

Re: Mystery Material
Morning James The material is clear extruded acrylic. The thickness of the material is mainly produced for large display companies. It is produced to save costs as saving 0.2mm over tens or hundreds of sheets amounts to a lot. The end customer is none the wiser they have a display manufactured in 3....

Re: Recycling Acrylic?
Hi
I use a cost effective pallet delivery company to deliver my bulk items. Possibly you could try this method to send your bulk supply to Sibani. The pallet delivery company is called Pallet2ship.

Re: Mini Diaphragm Airbrush Compressor AS 06-1 (Oil-free)
Afternoon Dave
Thanks for the information. I was also viewing the Orazio oil less compressor. Even there are a couple of Youtube videos I have not seen a positive review on this brand. Maybe best stick to a known brand of silent oil less compressor.
Regards
