Have plugged it straight from Chiller to flow meter for now and Chris has already phoned (on a Sat!)

Ok, So its 100% the brass connector, i blocked off one end, submerged it in water and blue air through it using a pipe.............sure enough, bubbles coming from places it shouldn't lol. So if someone could help me out with if they are sold in any hardware stores so i can get up and running again ...

Well that escalated quickly!! Had a problem with my 3060 this week, not good this close to Xmas with orders backing up etc. Had to close the website so that I didn't start letting people down :? Decided to 'bite the bullet' and order a 6090 to be delivered and installed at the same time as them fixi...

All sorted, thanks Dave :-)

Seems the paper clip I used to bypass the water flow was coated lol.

Live and learn, so it was indeed the flow sensor. All good now :-)
