Thanks HPC.
It was the control knob (potentiometer) that had failed. Called on Monday. Fixed by Tuesday 9:30am. In time for me to laser some parts for an F1 team.

Hello all. I've had my 3020 since 2013. Used lightly for prototyping and enjoyed the simplicity of it. However.
