Hi thanks for your rapid reply. I have got round it by starting again with the full pattern and then deleting bottom two rows and saving again as T-SET. PROBLEM SOLVED, NOT SURE HOW TO DELETE THREAD Hi, pulling my hair out today (what little's left). I use my machine mainly to cut sets of dominoes on 5mm acrylic. Thanks Dave, may give that a try, in the meantime will experiment with some kind of cut down windscreen wiper arrangement to see if I can remove nearly all the excess with this
