I will try and find a suitable alternative nozzle perhaps longer with smaller diameter exit hole, hopefully this will help concentrate the air at the melt point.

Hi all and thanks for having me. I have just recently taken delivery of an 80w HPC 6090 and am struggling to cut 3mm MDF without smoke contamination on the top surface of the sheets. I use a BOFA AD Oracle for extraction. I also have a smaller 40w RDL 4040 and cut 3mm MDF with no issues. 20210318_14...
