Thanks very much for your reply, really appreciated.
I wanted to do a couple of test pieces before I replied.
It seems that it is the opposite, it is the first couple of designs which don't cut properly and then it's ok. It's as if it needs to warm up first.

3020 Intermittent cutting
Hi, I replaced the tube and power supply approx 18 months ago and it has done approx 20 hours work since. Lately,when cutting, I find that it will often lose power and not fully cut through a part of the design. Today it was cutting out a single 50mm design and part of it was fine and part wasn't. T...
