I have a LS6840 machine with Laser software 5.3

I need to cut loads of square shapes and using "Copys" command to make an array of copy with Gap of 0. The laser is cutting the joints twice where once will do.

I do I remove the second cut between the squares?

What is the lowest temperature of the water possible? My new machine is in the garage and it gets pretty cold at night.
