I am really not quite sure why anyone would want to laser engrave a photographic image onto a piece of wood in the first place but, trust me, once bitten it does become addictive. One question i have is about adhesive tape backing, i am looking at pre applying a film to the back of perspex so that the letters come pre glued when cut. I think that is a good point Glenboy. There are many different reasons why this can happen but from past experience one of the most common causes is a voltage drop on the incoming mains supply. You could check that you are using good amperage cables without adapters etc that could have poor connection (high resistance) also make sure yo...
