Re: How to put our datum back?

Hi,
You call also try pressing the return button on the key pad, to highlight the file then press it again to open another dialoge window. Navigate to "cancell logic org" YES. This should turn off the set datum.

Re: Tube Power Decline

Hi Glen, Wow big question! try and help with some of it...... yes lenses and mirrors do need to be clean, they can/will affect the power of the laser. A laser tube normally gives you around 6 to 8 week notice, the power will start to drop. Alignment.... picture will help with this one. I'll post som...

Re: 6840 Lens cleaning

Hi Adam, Yes cleaning lenses and mirrors is important and really should be part of your weekly maintance schedule, there is a schedule in the back of the manual. To get to the lens you need to take the laser bed down ( Z ) then look at the flying optics / laser head. Working from the bottom, from ap...

Re: Quick Tip / Reduce Power Use & Prolong Tube Life

Re: Quick Tip / Lens cleaning

Hi spooky, Ya good old Carl, like the shimano of the lens world lol. I would agree in any other laser or circumstance, but manufacturers recommended, we have tested and had it tested. So as it stands laserscript lenses are curved down as standard, but if you want to put them curved up, try it..... h...

Re: Quick Tip / Fitting New Tubes - Aligning Mirrors

Hi Dave, Working backwards from the nozzle Would be so complicated, as the laser tube can be in any position. Alot of other machines have got this feature, its a bit like the auto focus, your never quite 100%, so end up manually checking it!! and really alignment isn't really hard or time consuming ...
