Hi Starloc, On Hpc lasers it's as you'd think, curved down. The Internet will say the oppersite, but the Internet says alot of things. Hi,
Masking tape is always a handy thing to have laying around comes in for all sorts of things like alignment and masking materials, either for back painting or keeping smoke / vapours being blow back on to your material.

Hi Glen, Ya the "COOLFLOW" s has had alot of really good feed back, for both cooling your system and stopping freezing! The CW3000 is a nice unit, designed for small lasers. Its rated to 50 watts, so I'd say anything upto 40watts really, like spooky said it doesn't have a refrigeration sys...

Ya endcans right, your way out of focus. 2" / 50mm lens or 41mm to the top of the washer that holds the red dot. 100% power and a speed of 15 should run fine ( maybe too slow ).

Morning Glen,
Before pending any cash, if you think it is temperature issue, then I'd be tempted to just increase you tank size (35l to 40l) and monitor. Hope this helps.
