I think it's too keep all the settings simple i.e why run at 65% of 100% when you can just type in 65% in laser cut
I don't run above 90% myself so i never type more than 90 in laser cut :D

Hi Sam, 8.3 file format is where the file name is made up of 8 ASCII characters a dot and then 3 ASCII for the extension so example test1234.ecp The menu on the panel is mainly maximum - so if you set the power to 90% the tube will always be 90% even if the LC file is 100% - I would leave the setti...

If that pic is looking over the machine then the water needs to be running from right to left
if you turn the pump off and gently lift the opposite side from the bubble too get it moving

Just don't forget too turn it on
or you just turn the machine on for a bit before you start working

It will go in
The orange bit is covering the terminals
Just give it a wiggle with steady pressure

You'll be watching the laser work though the same screen and i don't think you need glasses for doing that :)
