Re: 3020 not cutting through mount board
Thanks for your help guys BUT - I have cleaned the mirrors - but where do I find the LENS? As I realise it was only mirrors (3) that I cleaned. Of course the paperwork that comes with the 3020 is as much use as a chocolate fireguard - I can't find any mention of how to remove (or even find) the LENS!

3020 not cutting through mount board
Hi My 3020 is almost 2 years old and has, up until now, been a little beauty. I cut mostly mount board and have used 15% power speed 12 and this has been adequate for ages but of late I have found that I have been gradually turning up the power and now it is usually between 20% and 30%. It just does...

NewlyDraw corrupting files
Hi Does anyone have any ideas why some of my ndr files go 'awol' - I save all my work to a NAS - and I thought I read somewhere on this forum that its best to save to the hard drive of the computer being used. I have started doing this but I still get corrupted files - its not all the time but its a...

Re: Newleydraw info please
Thanks for info - I thought it might be the case.
Like you Dave (Daven) I do all the work in my other programs - it would just have been nice to be able to do something as simple as rotate it though instead of having to do it again in another program.
Ah well onwards and forwards.
Regards
Sue

Re: Newleydraw info please
I have used the flip etc - I just wish ND was a bit more updated its so very basic - and I see talk in this forum of 3020's being sold with a better software program soon. Any news on us being able to get this better software for our existing 3020?

Re: Newleydraw info please
Ahh - I see
I was actually trying with an imported dxf file with a shape.
So basically if I want to rotate my shape I will have to do it in my drawing program.
Many thanks for reply.

Re: Newleydraw info please
Well it beats me I have wanted this option (rotate etc) but I can't find it anywhere on ND - sure I must have a different program than that of others !!!??? I can't even find the word normal on any pull down box - there are so many greyed out options (mostly chinese) could it be one of these? Regard...
