Christmas Decorations

Post by Pedro_Hernandez »

This years range of Decorations.

The GingerBread collection is my favourite, quick cutting with little finishing required very popular this year.

New to 2011 I've gone for a Scandanavian feel with red and white and simple motifs, a mix of profile cut text and shapes and engraved colour infill.

The POS tree stands are purpose built , some one tried to buy them before I could hang the decorations on them the other day !.
I've got four more shows on till I can take a break, so I shall be burning the midnight oil again !.

That’s weird isn’t it? I've not sold many Perspex decorations this year either.

Maybe their out of favour this Christmas, I’ve seen lots in the shops and cheap imported injected moulded clear plastic ones but they don’t seem to be shifting.

Rustic and Shabby Chic seems to be the thing this year as well as Scandinavian influenced decorations.

Yeah I think there is a bit of a slump in sales all round - although the amount of cars in the local shopping centre seems to disprove that (unless they are just windows shopping ;-) )

Oh well - I didn't cut many just in case and SWMBO has been nicking them to put on parcels :-)

Cheers

I had a go at a few....

A personal gift for a friend who's DJ name is Amental

Some personalised gift tags (had to make a pair for each guy in the workshop once they were seen)

Perspex baubles which were quite funky and popular.

Still working on my editing skills so somewhat basic at the moment.
