Double lines ?

I am getting double lines when using the laser, have cleaned, and realigned mirrors and lens.

Still getting it, even on the tape on the bottom under the lens you get a hole and a crescent next to the hole ? a

Any help most gratefully received

Is the beam centred in the air assist nozzle? Put tape on the bottom and do a test - it may be hitting the side.
