3020 worn nylon wheels

Hi All

I've had my 3020 for just over 18 months now and I supect I need a new set of nylon rollers.

One has dfinately got a flat worn on one part that gives for slight sticky feeling when moving it manualy/power off.

Just wondered if any one know were I can get a spare set and how much it will set me back, also it would be great to hear from anyone whose replaced a set and if there's any special steps that need to be taken to remove and refit.
