Hi guy's my 1290 pro is running all files but it will not cut
all setting for cutting material are correct depth is good too
i have had messages on the display panel telling me i have reached cutting limit
and also my software is not compatible so we have re installed the software and notice
changes to the size of some files and files missing but still not not cutting on new download of software

Hi Check you save the file before downloading call it AAA or test then try... should save the name also delete some of the files in the memory this will help

I tried to load a file today and experienced the same message. I've never seen it before. It was quite a big file but I've uploaded bigger with no problem. The laser worked fine for the rest of the day and other than one other time I haven't had the message again. The laser froze and wouldn't work again until I turned it off and back on again.

Can anyone help?!!
