advice please

It has but not sure if it has done it since this happened, how do I uninstall the software, I know how to put it on but not take it off, I will get in touch with hpc if that doesn't work! I know how to uninstall it's just laserscript isn't showing on the programs list so I can't remove.

Just delete the folder on the c drive

Tried running as admin? Sounds like a permission issue
