Hi there has anyone got settings to cut mylar 125 micron. I have a 6840 machine with 60 watt tube. Thanks in advance.

Not sure what thickness I had but used s115 at p25 ;)
Using two LS3060's and an ex 3020 user
Please note I am not employed by HPC, any advice or recomendations I give are based on my own experience and are not necessarily the same as HPC's. First point of contact on any hardware issues should be with HPC

I have the same machine and am cutting a similar material to mylar at S:30 P:16 .. you kind of have to experiment to get the right results for your material though.
60W LS6840 & CW4000
started out with LS3040
