laserscript LS6090 cutting issues
Hi, we are encountering a problem whilst cutting cardboard or 3 ply. It seems like the machine is burning the same file 3 mm apart from the original cut, as per image attached. Any feedback? thanks

Check the optics - make sure the lens is ok and held firm (but not to tight), check the mirrors and also make sure the nozzle is on correctly (sometime the beam can hit the side and reflect) also check the beam is aligned so it is exiting out the nozzle in the centre (check the last mirror is in correctly and is ok).

Hi Dave,
Thanks for your reply will check everything, later on, also we found another problem when aligning the mirrors you have to close the lid and press laser, but the laser is not firing.
thanks

Make sure the water is flowing ok - the flow switch may need cleaning.
