HI all,

I have a laser cutter for a few years now model hx3040. Its being running fine with windows xp and lasercut5.3 but I had to change my laptop recently. I now have windows 7. The original cd I got with the machine has got damaged so I downloaded lasercut5.3 from the net. It’s working fine and lasercut starts no problem with my dongle. When I plug in the laser though with USB the drivers don’t seem to install correctly and when I try to download a job I get a time out error. Is there different drivers I need for window 7 and if so where can I get them? Thanks in advance
Alan

Cheers Tom. Contacted HPC and they sent them on. Back up and running now again. Anywhere I get the power and speed settings for material for etching and cutting for the 3040 model. Had them on a printed page but cant find them. I have 40watt tube.

Thanks again
Alan
