LaserCam

Post by llamalasers »

Thanks to Lightnin's great idea in another thread I'd set up a cam in my lasercutter to monitor for fires without having to get up all the time and decided to live stream it to my website. It wont always be active and it will always be mindblowingly boring.

Enjoy ;-)

Lol, you know what, I had the exact same thought today. I have an 8 channel CCTV in my unit, with 4 unused channels, I am going to put a dome cam in there myself. Means I can see what it s doing.

That would last all of 5 minutes

I remember a few years ago, someone had a remote control car that was controlled via a webcam and your browser. I queued up for a couple of hours to play with it. Everyone pretty much just kept exploring his house, or bashing into his legs.

Remotely opening a CD tray on a colleagues PC with a tea mug in front of it was fun too :)
