Metal tag pricing

Hi guys

Been asked to do some metal marked tags about 48x16mm with 1 or 2 lines of text. The tags will be supplied but how much would you charge for doing them?

Cost of materials , inc. your laser mark spray or whatever you use + markup
add that to your time cost. inc. design time, and correspondance time .. or however you work out your hourly rate
then any extras like post and packing etc
