Circle / Squares not cutting true
Hi Again
Still having problems regarding Circles and Squares not cutting a true Circle, or true Square, out at least 1 mm.
Have replaced the tube and re done the belts as they had skipped a couple of teeth, so everything is squared up.
Realigned the mirrors, everyone lined up correctly in each corner except the left hand top just out slightly but cannot seem to get it bang on.
Wherever on the bed I cut a circle or square they always comes out not true.
Any more help would be appreciated as I am baffled as to why this is happening.
Thank you
Pete

Is it always the same? No matter where on the bed? Has it ever been right?

Hi PhillyDee
Thank you for your reply.
Yes it is always the same no matter where it cuts on the bed. It used to cut perfectly until recently.

Hi Tom
Thank you for your reply.
How could I rectify that, could it still be a case of the belt slipping a tooth.

Hi Pete
It could be that your still a tooth or two out
Or one belt tighter than the other
What machine do you have

Hi Tom
I have a LS6090pro
I have tightened and loosened the belts but no joy, I have noticed when I have cut a 100mm square which does measure 100mm in each direction, that
the square seems to be stretched at top left corner and bottom right corner.

Hi Tom
The larger the piece I cut the same result, for example I cut 300mm x 100mm plaques and it still does the same. Same with 230mm x 125mm plaques.

Re: Circle / Squares not cutting true
If you cut 100x100 its ok
And if you cut 300x300 it's out of square by 1mm or so
is this right
