Lasercut Help Required

Post by Bluestorms »

Hi, I had to re register as I couldnt login any more, anyway I have just bought a HPC3060 pro at a price I could not say no to. The person who I bought the machine from says they may have the dongle when they have cleared out the room that it was in, but will have to wait about 2 weeks and they are not 100% sure they have it. Is there a way I can run laser cut on windows 7 without the dongle? I emailed HPC last Thursday but have not heard back from them yet. The machine is only 2 years old, hardly used and was purchased brand new from HPC. Thanks for your help.

We moved the forum to a new host a while back so may have lost some data!
HPC office is closed from 20th to the 2nd Jan.

There is no way to run LaserScript without the Dongle I'm afraid!

Thanks for that, the laser was running yesterday, started it up today and there is a yellow mark under usb in device manager, and when I plug the usb into the pc it says cant reconise the device. Any help would be great. I have read that I need the LT Slave USB(68013A) Driver

Did you get the HPC installation disk?

If so the USB software should be included and needs to be installed.

Cheers

Tried a different USB port?

Does the error go when you unplug the USB and come back when plugged in?

Did Windows Update after installing?

So when connected and in Lasercut you try to download a file it comes up with the error?

Tried another USB cable?
