Communication Broken

I have just bought a new laptop, when I plug the cable in and try to add a new cutting file I keep getting the communication is broken error all the time. It is windows 10 but was running 10 on old laptop no problem. Just tried my old computer and it's working fine what can I do to make it work, getting frustrated lol Thanks Chris

You need to install/update the drivers for the laser. Best done through Device Manager.

If it needs updating, it normally shows as Other Devices as EZ-USB FX2.
Moves to USBs as LTSlave USB Driver once it is working.

It's not installed but when I click on update driver it says it can't find one? And if I know the manufacturer of the device visit their website!

When you select update driver click on 'Browse my computer for driver software' and point to the folder on the installation CD
