No Engraving

I have a 6840 with a Ruida board and Lightburn software.
Couple of days ago it stopped engraving, the laser goes through the motions but no firing of the laser. The machine cuts just fine so it's not a microswitch problem or cooler.
I have mailed Oliver at HPC but just wondering if anyone has come across this problem.
